Steps: 1. Whip the cold cream until stiff peaks form. 2. Gently fold in the condensed milk and vanilla. 3. Pour into a container, cover, and freeze for 6 hours or overnight. 4. Scoop and enjoy!
Add-ins (optional): chocolate chips, crushed cookies, caramel swirl, fruit puree.

Classic Ice Cream (With Cooking)
If you want a more traditional, creamy texture:
Ingredients: • 2 cups whole milk • 1 cup heavy cream • ¾ cup sugar • 4 egg yolks • 1 tsp vanilla
Steps: 1. Heat milk, cream, and half the sugar (do not boil). 2. Whisk yolks with remaining sugar. 3. Slowly add hot milk to yolks, whisking. 4. Return to heat and cook until slightly thick. 5. Cool completely, add vanilla, then freeze (or churn if you have a machine).
Flavor Ideas • Chocolate: Add ¼ cup cocoa powder to the condensed milk • Coffee: Mix 1 tbsp instant coffee with vanilla • Cookies & Cream: Crushed chocolate sandwich cookies • Pistachio: Chopped nuts + a drop of almond extract
